The Cranberry liqueur begins as a Cabernet Sauvignon brandy
which is then infused with cranberry solids made of pure cranberry
juice from Seaview Cranberries. The resulting spirit was re-distilled
to 160 proof and then infused with homemade simple syrups.
Produced on a seasonal basis, this liqueur has the depth and
structure associated with a wine-driven brandy with the tart, and
zesty notes of fresh cranberries.
Owners Sebastian and Erika Degens of Stone Barn Brandyworks produce premium, handcrafted
fruit brandies and spirits. A member of Distillery Row (a collection of craft distillers and artisans
located in the industrial district of Southeast Portland), Sebastian and Erika build their production
schedule around regional growing cycles. The result is an artisanal spirit that captures the
essence of a local ingredient at its seasonal best.

Dios,” a single estate El Salvadoran coffee and a Yemeni coffee
from the Sanani region, this proprietary blend is roasted to the
