Technical notes

Telmo Rodriguez named his wines from the Malaga region, "Mountain Wines,” after the extremely steep shale slopes upon which the vineyards are planted. The hand-picked fruit was fermented in stainless steel with native yeasts to preserve freshness and aromas.
