With a beautiful salmon hue, the nose of this Brut is of rose petals, blackberry, and light toast. The crisp acidity and minerality are balanced well with the notes of red fruits that are brought by the Pinot Noir in the blend.

SP Rose, a vibrant salmon hue, exhibits complexity from aging on the lees for 21-24 months. To complement the wine's freshness, a very low dosage was added at disgorging. The result is a fruity and floral nose, a sensuous body, and delightful flavors – notes of cherry, rose petal, and raspberry, with a touch of toast. Patricia Kluge's philosophy on sparkling wine is that it is should be enjoyed at all occasions! Sparkling wines highlight a variety of foods, and the Kluge SP Rose pairs beautifully with seafood, particularly lobster, langoustines, and smoked salmon. It is also a treat with duck or foie gras.
