Origins of Craft, the Mount Gay Masterís Session, is a unique opportunity to learn from the master himself to create a blend of Black Barrel Rum. By learning about the rum blending and maturation process, we evaluated and selected a series of mature distillates that created a batch that speaks to us personally, and delivers just the right amount of color and smokiness that come from double-barrel maturation - complex aromas of spice, toasted wood, followed by fruit. On the palate, bold spice balanced with oaky vanilla warms you with its medium body and long finish Ė a Classic Black Barrel!
