Tasting notes: A delicate and subtle bouquet with hints of cigar box, prune, liquorice hazelnut, old port wine, ginger bead and orange blossom. Full bodied and mellow, tender and stylish with a long lingering fine memory.

Food pairing

Enjoy Courvoisier Napoleon Fine Champagne Cognac neat. After pouring it, allow the cognac to sit for one minute. This is know as La Minute Mystique and allows the air to slowly develop the subtle yet distinct notes of the cognac.
