The wine has a clean, brilliant cherry red colour.
The nose is very attractive, on morello cherry and ripe berry fruit aromas with a highly elegant floral touch. From a round and smooth attack with well-integrated tannins, the wine remains silky while developing a muscular structure on the palate, complex, substantial and full of fruit, with juicy fresh fruit flavours reminiscent of raspberry and black cherry. The refinement, volume and length of the seductive finish show perfect balance in the varietal mix and the typical characteristics of the appellation.
Mouton Cadet is the most requested and popular Bordeaux wine in the world. Smooth, medium bodied, with an elegant bouquet, this red wine is a delightful assemblage of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes.
