Grown on the slopes of the Esterel mountain, not far from Antibes and Cannes, this rose ranks with the very best of Provence. It is a blend of 60% Grenache and 40% Syrah.
A delicate salmon color. Aromas of wonderful cassis, raspberry. On the palate the wine is filled with “juicy” red berry fruit with a stony minerally and a crisp finish. This is a strong and powerful expression of terroir. Stylish and elegant rose to enjoy with grilled fish, Provencal olive dishes, and goat cheese.

The wine greets you from the glass with a pale salmon pink color that is consistent to the rim. On the nose there is a medium intensity of fresh floral notes along with fresh melon (close to honeydew) and mango. On the palate the wine is dry, loght-bodied with mouth-watering acidity. The flavors are light in their intensity offering ripe melon along with mango. There is a very slight accent of citrus. The finish is clean with a medium length of lingering flavors similar to the palate.
